ABOUT US
Co-owners, Vallery Hyduk and Keasha Rigsby stand proudly with the other female commercial building owners in downtown Detroit. The women met in Toronto, where Keasha Rigsby's television series Keasha's Perfect Dress was produced by Vallery's production company, Peace Point Entertainment Group. Keasha earned television notoriety from appearing in 7 seasons of the original Say Yes to the Dress series.
In 2015, the partners entered into a venture to open a high-end bridal shop in Detroit and chose the Bagley Mansion as its brick-and-mortar location because of its innate qualities. They later closed that business and pivoted to leasing the property as commercial space for a wonderful community of small businesses serving Detroiters.

Vallery, a licensed realtor and professional real estate developer in Detroit is the primary investor and operating partner.
Before relocating from Toronto to Detroit, Vallery was Vice President and partner at Peace Point Entertainment Group - a leading Canadian television production company. Vallery is also a published writer and had an early career as a high-level competitive swimmer - University of Michigan All-American; Big Ten Champion; Olympic Games alternate; and a US Open gold medalist.
Keasha spent a decade at Kleinfeld's Manhattan as a top bridal consultant and was a favorite personality on the hit TV series Say Yes to the Dress, which airs around the world. Her spin-off show, Keasha's Perfect Dress, was produced by Vallery's company Peace Point Entertainment Group.
